Chimney service for Bronxville and Lawrence Park
Bronxville Chimney looks after chimneys, fireplaces, liners and masonry across the Village of Bronxville and Lawrence Park, and on the Yonkers side of the 10708 zip code: Lawrence Park West, Cedar Knolls, Armour Villa, Bronxville Heights and Park Hill. We also work in Crestwood, Tuckahoe and Eastchester.
Most houses here were built before 1930. Many have one stone or brick stack serving several fireplaces and the boiler, slate or clay tile roofs, and clay liners as old as the house. Those chimneys need someone who checks every flue, the smoke chambers, the crown and the flashing, and who repairs old masonry with materials that suit it.
Every visit starts with a camera inspection, and every recommendation comes with photos and a clear priority. We work to NFPA 211 and we’re fully insured.
What “done properly” means here
NFPA 211
The national standard for chimneys, fireplaces, vents and solid-fuel appliances. It governs inspection levels, clearances and liner requirements — and it is what our reports are written against.
Fully insured
Every job is covered, and we will send the insurance certificate ahead of the appointment if you want it on file.
Documented findings
Camera footage and photos on every visit, with a written report. It is the difference between a recommendation and an opinion.
